Founder promoter members of the Society, who are primarily Businessmen, believe that the future of India can be built and moulded in class rooms; the total education can play a very important role for peaceful and co-operative existence of all human beings. The National and International understanding can be built-up only through the tool of Education.Thereby after Careful and Meaningful Discussions among Ourselves, We Desired to establish a society by the Name of " KALLAM ACADEMY OF EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY ". The Society registered as vide Reg. No. 24 of 2006 dated 17-01-2006 under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 35 of 2001.

SRI HARANADHA REDDY KALLAM, M.A., B.L. (President)	The Founder of "Kallam Group of Industries" which has got the following industries with an annual turnover of Rs.250 Crores. 1) Kallam Agro products & Oils (P) Limited. 2) a) Kallam Spinning Mills Limited. b) Power division at Nelakondapalli, 3) Kallam Brothers Cottons Private Limited. 4) Janapadu Hydro Power Project Ltd., Nereducherla, Nalgonda (Dist), 5) Agriculture Divisions at Obulanaidupalem & Kandulavaripalem. He was awarded in 1996, the Prestigious award of " UDYOG PATRA " by the Institute of Trade and Industrial Development. The East India Cotton Association, Mumbai has honoured him with the award of " ALL TIME ACHIEVEMENT " in the year 2002.

Dr. RANGA REDDY ANUMULA, M.Sc.(Ag.), Ph.D. (Vice President)	Dr. Ranga Reddy Anumula, S/o Venkata Reddy, obtained Graduate, Post Graduate and Doctoral Degrees in Agricultural Sciences from Banaras Hindu University. He worked as a teaching faculty member for about 10 years in the same University. During 1986, he joined as Associate Professor in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University and retired as Principal Scientist/ Professor on 30-06-2005. Dr. Reddy published about 50 Research Papers in National and International Journals. He also attended three International Conferences, 40 National conferences / Workshops. In collaboration with ICRISAT, identified a number of Germplasm lines of Pigeon pea, resistant to major insect pests. For about 15 years, acted as a National resource person to plan and develop feasible strategies for RPM.

SRI. GOVARDHANA REDDY POLURI Diploma in Textile Technology (Secretary)	Sri Govardhana Reddy Poluri S/o Sri Poluri Venkateswara Reddy is presently working as the Director in Kallam Spinning Mills Limited(Weaving Division). After obtaining his Diploma in Textile Technology, he worked for one year in Kakatiya Textiles at Kodada and one year in Quality & Maintenance department at Kallam Spinning Mills Limited.

SRI. SRINIVASA REDDY POLURI, B.Sc. (Treasurer)	Sri Srinivasa Reddy Poluri S/o Pulla Reddy is presently working as Commercial Manager, Kallam Agro Products & Oils (P) LTD., Dokiparru. After completing Graduation, he joined as Lab In charge in Kallam Agro Products & Oils (P) LTD.

Dr. UMASANKARA REDDY MOVVA, M.Sc., Ph.D. (Executive Member)	Dr. Uma Sankara Reddy Movva, S/o Chimpa Reddy, aged 57 with accomplishment of M.Sc., Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University,Worked as Research Associate in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University. He has published 13 papers in National and International Journals.Presented papers at National and International Conferences,Attended research oriented programmes and refresher courses.Completed 32 years of Academic experience at various Engg. Colleges in different capacities. He rendered his services as the professor and H.O.D. of S & H at Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engg., Mylavaram. Also Co-ordinated the conduction of university exams. (both paper-based and online). Stern with on – Campus discipline. Maintains amicable contacts with academic experts of well-known universities (both native & foreign). Encourages colleagues for career up gradation.He has capacity to mobilize well qualified human resources, as and when required for successful running of an Engg. College. Counsels the students for speedy completion of their projects. Encourages students and guides them to pursue higher studies abroad. Eminently associated with establishment of various technical and language laboratories. Involved actively in faculty and non-teaching staff recruitment at various levels. Conducted pedagogy classes periodically. Knowledgeable in maintaining revenues. At present,he is the director of kallam haranadhareddy institute of technology.
SRI. HARIMOHAN MATHUR KALLAM, (B.Tech) (Executive Member)	Sri Hari Mohan Mathur Kallam S/o Sri Mohan Reddy is presently the director of kallam agro products and oils pvt ltd. He is a B.Tech. graduate from vellore institue of technology.

SRI RAJEEV KUMAR GADDAM , B.Com., M.B.A. (Executive Member)	Sri Rajeev Kumar S/o Raja Rao, aged 53 years is Commerce Graduate. After completing M.B.A., he joined Kallam Agro Products & Oils (P) LTD. as Head of purchase and sales Departments. During 2005, he was promoted as Assistant General manager. Now, He is the HR Manager in Admin department.

Mission of the promoting Body:

To establish Technical &Management Institutions for ensuring proper linkages between planning of Technical Education facilities and the market demand, so that the Institutions becomes demand – driven and satisfying later the needs of the economy, to become the largest Technological Hub of the World.
To produce output of internationally acceptable levels of quality products.
To create infrastructure for teacher competence, teaching learning processes and management, so that college produces graduates at accepted levels of competence in knowledge skills and attitudes.
To promote technological capacity building through technologically innovative research, design and development and through active collaboration with Industry and R&D organizations on National and International level.
To develop strong linkage between Institution and the community, including both formal and in formal sectors of the economy, to promote high rate of economy and technological growth.
To take affirmative action for increasing access of ordinary common Indian man, woman, physically challenged and economically deprived sections of society to technical education at undergraduate level in the phase – I stage and post graduate, doctorate level in the phase – II stage.
